Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable only the cost of the product will be refunded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@cloaklondon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue to request a replacement or refund.
