Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable — only the cost of the product will be refunded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@cloaklondon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue to request a replacement or refund.
